Dr. Sindhu Shantha Nair
Dr Sindhu Shantha Nair is an experienced professional in Management and HR, with a demonstrated history of more than three decades working with the best of the Industry (HSBC, QNB, IBM, DEI-UK) and Academia (ISME, Christ University, NMIMS, CCSMS & AGBS). She started her career in the Middle East and has headed HR functions in India. She holds a Doctorate from Christ University in the area of General Management & HR, MPhil (Management) from Christ University, MBA in HR from ICFAI University and MSc & BSc in Mathematics from Kerala University. She holds a Fellowship (with merit scholarship) in HR from WHRB & CAMI (U.S.). A self-motivated Educator with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge, she has brought in a broader perspective, in teaching, mentoring and training.
Dr Sindhu is a skilled independent Consultant in Management, Research, & HRM, Academic writing, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Research Analysis. She is a Journal Reviewer (Elsevier Journal), Author, Editor, blogger and vlogger.As a Certified Zone Trainer (JCI) she has accomplished effective training in HR, Personality Development, Public Speaking, Soft Skills, Induction, and Placement in the industry and academia. Dr Sindhu has rich Research experience and certifications in Statistical Analysis, Research Methodologies, and Techniques, Qualitative and Quantitative Methods. She is an expert panel member in the Doctoral committee of ISME research center, affiliated to University of Mysore. Her research work (articles, book chapters, case studies) are published in many reputed and internationally recognized journals and Scopus indexed journals. Dr Sindhu has successfully organized corporate and academic events. She has mentored and guided students for internship, dissertation & Capstone projects, and career orientation. She has attended many National and International conferences, TEDx, and presented papers in National and International conferences on varied topics of Technology, Management, Art, Education, and Research. Her PhD was acclaimed as ‘an exceptional project’ by the University of Michigan Scholarship. A few of her achievements include ‘Best Performance’ for services rendered in the industry, the ‘Best Extempore Speaker’ from Toastmasters International, and ‘Best Speaker’ from JCI. She has published a book on ‘Operational Excellence’, in health care. Her blogs are published in Medium, Kshamata foundation, and Market express. She is an invited editor in IIP India & USA.
